Train route verification

I wanted to talk to someone in person or online to verify train route. I will travel with my friend to Boston.

she bought ticket from Train Ninja for the train 194. I bought ticket to the train 96 (5 PM) from Amtrak site. they seem to be the same train.

I needed to verify that. Was not able to.

Where’s my money or food??

I placed a order online and it stated error but my card was charged and when I called the store they did not have any order confirmation for me I explained what happened was told my money should be back on card once the pending hold is released it is still saying pending two days later I dont understand why I would have to wait so long for my money when clearly I didnt get the food no purchase should have been made if it was a error in the first place how do I get my money returned???

I ordered a Philly cheese steak with everything on it and was only given steak and cheese. And the sandwich was just nasty.

Not to my liking!!!

What could be done better is make it the correct way and provide me with a FREE MEAL, A REPLACEMENT FOR MY ORDER. THANK YOU
